Lavona has been a Guild member for over 20 years. Her first love is hand building and she has taught a number of Guild members. For the past two years she has lived in Inuvik but makes the trip to Yellowknife to 'pot like crazy' whenever possible. The pieces presented here are works done for the Great Northern Arts Festival in Inuvik in July of 2008.
