MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Complete and submit the form below to apply for membership in the Yellowknife Guild of Arts and Crafts.  Please review our membership levels to ensure that you select a level appropriate to your desired participation in Guild activities.  In particular, be sure to review the registration options for classes and workshops in advance as registration may be limited by membership level.

Membership fees must be paid in advance of any class or workshop registration and are non-refundable even if a particular class or workshop is unavailable.  Memberships cannot be transferred.
