Intergenerational Activity! Decorating Clay Ornaments (Senior and Companion)

Decorate your own pottery ornaments at this unique workshop by the Yellowknife Guild of Arts and Crafts!  Pick out two ornaments to paint with a variety of underglaze colors. Your beautifully decorated ornament will be fired at the Guild and returned to you at a later date.

Instructor:  Alana Kronstal and Rachel Makohoniuk

Prerequisites:  No prior experience necessary.  Senior age 65 or older accompanied by a companion aged 5 or older.

Cost:  Free for qualifying seniors and their companions.  Adult full membership for senior included.  Program made possible through grant funding from the NWT Healthy Choices Fund.

Registration:  Registration code required.    Email yellowknifeguild@gmail.com to obtain the code.  Separate registrations must be completed for the senior and companion.  Following registration, adult full membership for the senior will be activated to August 31, 2024.
